Will Registration, How, Why and When.
Will registration is used by a number of organisations and individuals. These include charities, law firms, members of the public and, of course, SWW members.
SWW members can register their archived Wills at no cost. This offers their previous clients the security of having their Will placed on the register. SWW Willwriters can also afford their new clients the same protection by registering these new Wills after they are written.
Will registration gives the Willwriter greater scope for control and protection of the clients' wishes, their clients' interests and, of course, their clients' Wills.
At peak times a Will is registered on the National Will Register every two seconds. Each and every one of these registrations serves to help protect the client, the executors and their beneficiaries - as well as the Willwrite
